13 prestained proteins covering 5 to 245 kDa, ready to use
Starting at $129.00
The BLUelf Prestained Protein Ladder is a three-color protein standard with 13 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights from 5 to 245 kDa.Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 75 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer).
The BLUelf Prestained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximating the size of proteins. The protein ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use.

Migration patterns of BLUelf Prestained Protein Ladder in various electrophoresis conditions:
Note: The molecular weight of each protein (kDa) was measured against an unstained protein ladder in every electrophoresis condition. Additional data should be considered for a more accurate adjustment.

No, this protein ladder is ready to use
No, Froggabio protein ladders are ready to load. We do not recommend heating/boiling them as this may cause degradation of proteins in the standard
No, this protein ladder is ready to use
yes, protein marker is another name for protein ladder same as protein molecular weight marker, protein MW marker and protein standards
